About & Process
Jim began representing financial advisors in 2021. Utilizing his experience and expertise in financial services and corporate finance, Jim takes a consultative approach with his clients and educates them on the firms that may best fit their current goals based on their vision to grow their practice at a faster rate while being well-positioned for a potential succession plan when nearing retirement.
The first step is a comprehensive discovery call in order to learn about an advisor’s practice along with their goals and vision. Thereafter, an appropriate, customized strategy is created to help the advisor scale their practice, increase revenue, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Throughout the process, Jim regularly engages with his clients and is accountable in maintaining a thorough, thoughtfully crafted, hands-on approach.
Jim earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins University in 2010 – he uses his skill set to afford the best outcome for his clients by negotiating deals, stress-testing financial pro formas, analyzing deal structures and their financial implications for the advisor over time, and educating advisors on forming an effective succession plan.
